48 Hour Documentary Competition – Track by Track

Louis Birch is one of our former volunteers, who is now at college studying a film and television course. He was given 48 hours to make a short film and the topic he was given was restoration. What better subject than the project he spent so much time with a few years ago.

Louis’s film was then entered into a competition, the best would be selected to be shown at a special film evening at the Phoenix Theatre in Leicester, with the winning film announced at the end of the evening.

Competition was stiff with several professional film companies submitting entries as well, so to be chosen for the Phoenix would certainly be a big achievement.

Well, not only was Louis’s film chosen to be screened, he went on to win the competition as well!

Congratulations to Louis for making such a great film. We hope you enjoy watching it:
