Spooky Wood Weekend 27th – 28th OctoberHalloween spooky wood weekend banner Our volunteers will once again be transforming the Nunckley Trail into a spooky adventure to be enjoyed on the run up to Halloween. Come and look for the ghosts and witches. What can you find cooking in the witch's cauldron? Don't get caught in the cobwebs at the willow arch! Trains Running: 20th and 21st October 2018DMU at Nunckley Hill We are pleased to announce that the GCR will again be running their DMU on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st October. Steam Toys in Action: 22nd Sep 2018Stram toys in action A team of steam toy enthusiasts are joining us at the Heritage Centre to showcase a variety of their steam engines and toys. Lots of steam toys will be on display, including toy trains, toy steam engines, model train tracks and a quarter size traction engine, all in our Railway Museum for you to enjoy! Trains 21st & 22nd July 2018DMU at Nunckley Hill Once again the Great Central Railway will be running trains from their main line onto the Mountsorrel branch line. Their Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) will be running a circular route stopping at Quorn, Nunckley Hill, Mountsorrel, Rothley and then back to Quorn.
