North of the car park our volunteers have created a second circular path winding through the spinney. We hope the den building area, at the heart of the trail, will prove popular with the children, enticing them outdoors end encouraging them to be creative.
“Granite Ridge” gives excellent and unusual views from behind and above the Exhibition Building.
The nearby “Granite’s Shack” refreshment kiosk, by the high viewing area, serves hot and cold drinks and ice creams. Remember to check when our Garden Railway is running.
Other things to look out for? Fungi on the tree trunks and Bluebells in May.
We regret that only assistance dogs are allowed on the trail.
