A team of steam toy enthusiasts are joining us at the Heritage Centre to showcase a variety of their steam powered engines and toys.
The wagons in the Railway Museum will be temporarily moved outside in order to make space for the exhibits which means you can enjoy this event whatever the weather. This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever with lots of steam toys on display, all in our Railway Museum for you to enjoy! Trade stands will also be in attendance.
Demonstration trains will be running on our newly extended narrow gauge railway, the Garden Railway and Crazy Golf course will also be open and the steam toy volunteers will be on hand to give information on their fantastic collection of toys and engineering marvels.
We hope you can visit the Heritage Centre for this fantastic event and have a look in the Railway Museum between 10am and 4.30pm to explore the range of steam toys on show with all proceeds going towards upcoming projects at the Heritage Centre. If you are paying by card you can purchase your ticket at the counter in Granite’s when you arrive, as it is cash only at the Railway Museum entrance.
