A team of steam toy enthusiasts are joining us at the Heritage Centre to showcase a variety of their steam engines and toys.
The wagons in the Railway Museum will be temporarily moved outside in order to make space for the exhibits. Lots of steam toys will be on display, including toy trains, toy steam engines, model train tracks and a quarter size traction engine, all in our Railway Museum for you to enjoy!
Our shunting team will be providing demonstrations throughout the day, the narrow gauge railway will be running and the steam toy volunteers will be on hand to give information on their fantastic collection of toys and engineering marvels.
We hope you can visit the Heritage Centre for this event and have a look in the Railway Museum between 10am and 4.30pm to explore the range of steam toys on show.
