Railway volunteers meet HRH

The volunteers are coming down to earth following the royal visit which you can catch up with here. As we start to open up more of the site we are on the look-out for more volunteers, so why not take a look and see if you can help

The new woodland path and den building area north of the car park has now been covered with bark. The sponsor a brick plaque is now proudly displayed in Granite’s.

A new addition to the play area (for those with a fear of heights?). The summer Kiosk and garden railway shed are now in place. The layout for the garden railway is being considered.

The footpath is now complete, extending from behind the railway museum all the way to the Nunckley Trail. The narrow gauge railway is now complete and fully ballasted. The fencing around the Railway Museum is also complete.
